How to access test results

Biocanic is a secure platform we use to deliver lab results and protocols. This is only tracked by Laura or her team members working directly with you. Your information is safe and will never be shared.

Most virtual functional practices use software to deliver sensitive information to clients, Biocanic is our software. We do not send lab results via email because it is not secure.

If you have already ordered a test from us, that's the same account you used to access and donwload your previous test results.

Here are the instructions to access your Biocanic account:

​1 - Click this link: https://app.biocanic.com/session/signin

​​​2 - Enter your email in the email field and your password in the password field and hit Login. I also recommend you check the "Keep me logged in" box below the password.

​​If you do not remember your password, or there is an error when you hit Login, it may be the computer browser that is caching an old/ incorrect password.

​​You can try to use a different browser on your computer to do the previous step again. If it works from another browser, you are all set. If the issue still continues, please follow the next steps:

​3 - Please fill in your email and click Forgot password.

​​4 - You will receive a link on your email to reset your password. Click the link and follow the instructions to reset your password. You can try the password Password123! (copy and paste that and enter in the new password field.
