In the test results - does the (<) symbol mean less than? My result is over but wasn’t red. So what does that mean?

<dl stands for “less than detectable limit.”  The “<” symbol in the Reference range is indicating that the reference number should be the larger of the values.  If your number is larger it will show up red, if smaller it will show up black.  You have to take into account the power of the value to determine which is larger.  ex: 3.24e3 (or 3,240) is larger than 4.87e2 (or 487).
