What is a Herxheimer Reaction?

This is a microbe die-off reaction or a reaction that occurs when toxins are moved out of your body without proper preparation. It was discovered by Dr. Herxheimer, therefore named after him. It feels flu-like: chills, headaches, body aches, nausea, diarrhea, and even fever are common symptoms. The OPEN protocol prevents a Herxheimer reaction.
